1. Acceptance and eligibility
By creating an account, joining a shop workspace, purchasing a plan or using HisabSet, you agree to these terms. You must be legally capable of entering into this agreement and authorised to act for the shop whose records you manage.
2. Account responsibility
You are responsible for accurate account information, keeping login credentials and OTPs confidential, restricting device access and promptly reporting suspected unauthorised use. Shop Owners control team access and permissions.
3. Permitted use
HisabSet may be used for lawful shop administration, customer records, loan calculations, receipts, reports and backups. You must not use it to violate law, mislead customers, upload harmful material, bypass access controls, interfere with the service or access another shop's data.
4. Your data
You retain responsibility for customer and business data entered into the service, including having a lawful basis to collect and use it. You grant us only the limited rights needed to host, process, secure, back up and display that data to provide the service.
5. Calculations and records
Interest calculations, totals and reports are operational tools based on the values you enter. Review every result before relying on it. HisabSet does not provide legal, accounting, lending or financial advice and does not replace signed agreements or statutory records.
6. Plans and payments
Premium pricing, billing period, taxes, trial terms and renewal details are shown before checkout. Payments may be processed by Razorpay or another displayed payment provider. Paid access begins only after successful payment verification. Auto-debits occur only when separately authorised.
7. Availability and changes
We may maintain, improve, add or retire features and may temporarily restrict access for security, legal or technical reasons. We aim for reliable service but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation.
8. Suspension and termination
Access may be suspended for material breach, fraud, security risk, unlawful use or non-payment. You may stop using the service at any time. Where available, export important records before access ends.
9. Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, HisabSet and VvyomSetu Technologies are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, lost profits or loss caused by inaccurate user input, unauthorised access under your credentials or failure to protect exported files. Rights that cannot legally be excluded remain unaffected.
