Information we process
We may process login mobile numbers, account and role details, profile photos, shop settings, customer information, loan and payment records, uploaded documents, audit history, subscription status, support messages and technical information such as device, browser, IP address and security logs.
How information is used
Information is used to authenticate users, operate shop features, calculate and display records, generate exports, process subscriptions, provide backups, prevent abuse, troubleshoot problems, support customers and comply with legal obligations.
Roles and responsibility
The shop or Shop Owner decides what customer and business data is entered and who may access it. VvyomSetu Technologies processes that information to operate HisabSet. Account and deletion requests relating to shop records should normally be raised with the Shop Owner first.
Sharing and service providers
Information is shared only as needed with authorised shop members and service providers supporting hosting, database, authentication, payments, messaging, monitoring, advertising or optional Google Drive backup. Payment providers process payment details under their own privacy terms; HisabSet does not store complete card or UPI credentials.
Storage, security and retention
We use access controls, shop-level separation, secure sessions and operational safeguards. No system is completely secure. Business records are retained while the account or applicable service requires them, subject to backup, legal and dispute requirements. Deleted records may remain temporarily in protected backups.
Cookies, local storage and backups
Secure cookies maintain login sessions. Browser storage and cached application files support preferences and installable-app behaviour. Exported reports and local backups are controlled by the person who downloads them. Optional Google Drive backups use the app-data area authorised by the user.
Google advertising on public pages
Selected public information and guide pages may display advertising through Google AdSense after our advertising account is approved. HisabSet does not intend to display Google ads inside authenticated customer, loan, payment or private shop-ledger pages.
Third-party vendors, including Google, may use cookies, web beacons, IP addresses or other identifiers to serve, personalise and measure ads. Google's advertising cookies may allow Google and its partners to serve ads based on visits to HisabSet and/or other websites. You can manage or opt out of personalised advertising in Google Ads Settings.
Where required, visitors are shown a Google-certified consent message with choices to consent, not consent or manage options before personalised advertising is used.
Your choices and requests
Depending on applicable law and your relationship with the shop, you may request access, correction, export or deletion and may withdraw optional permissions. Some information must be retained for security, billing, legal compliance or legitimate dispute handling.
